so in Japanese, we sang Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
here’s a general gist of the translation:
Rudolph had a shiny nose
no one liked him
he cried every night
then one Christmas it was dark
Santa decided Rudolph’s nose was convenient (literally it says convenient)
Rudolph was useful.
I SHIT YOU NOT.
That’s basically the song without all of the fluff, though.
IT’S LIKE A VULCAN CHRISTMAS CAROL
A friend and I have a running exercise of trading each other lists of random traits and challenging the other person to ‘draw that character.’ We might pick something from the challengee’s respective collection of original world building materials or sometimes make a more open sort of challenge, but the objective is to stretch our creativity and designing capabilities, if we can.
So here is my old man ent-thing with a shotgun chest cannon???
Anonymous said: I loved the Asexual Pirate art! *-* It would be awesome if you did more.
Ahhh, thank you so much! I sketch him (and siren) every so often, but having time for balancing all the things I want to draw can be kind of hard! (lately finding time for art at all has been kind of hard). Also I’m wrestling with some of the design features I gave him in my first painting. xD; Still, I have some stuff planned for him, so more will be popping up. c:
Anonymous said: I'm sure you'e gotten this message 100s of times, but there is One Piece. Luffy is an asexual pirate.
Ahaha, I haven’t actually, but that might be because I’m not the original creator of the text post. X3 Luffy is pretty awesome, but even still we can always use more ace pirates, yes? :D
Anonymous said: ace pirate reminds me of james kidd/mary read from ac4 who is genderfluid and probably ace and i'm emotional
I’ve never played AC4 (Assassin’s Creed 4?? Too many AC acronyms xD; ) but I’m delighted that the spontaneous creation of Ace Pirate has led to good feelings. ;w; Thank you for telling me!
